The OASE BioTec ScreenMatic² Set 60000 OC is a complete pump-fed pond filtration set. It combines the BioTec ScreenMatic² 60000 filter, AquaMax Eco Premium 17000 pump and Bitron C 55 W UV-C clarifier to bring mechanical filtration, biological filtration and UV-C clarification together in one system.
The filter uses an automatically driven ScreenMatic² belt to remove coarse debris before water passes through the filter media. A practical choice for larger garden ponds where you want a matched filter, pump and UV-C setup with straightforward routine maintenance.

Fit And Compatibility
This is a pump-fed system. Plan the installation route before ordering fittings:
Pump → Bitron C 55 W UV-C → BioTec ScreenMatic² 60000 filter → pond return
Match the hose, pipework and fittings to the stated inlet and outlet sizes. The filter has 25 mm, 32 mm and 38 mm inlet options, with a DN 75 outlet and DN 50 sludge outlet.
The AquaMax Eco Premium 17000 is OASE Control compatible. Check the product specifications or contact MS Koi before ordering if you need to confirm compatible controllers, hose fittings or return pipework.
Installation And Maintenance
Position the filter where you can comfortably reach the debris basket, filter foams and sludge outlet.
Before switching on:
- Check all hose connections and clamps
- Confirm the return route to the pond is clear
- Make sure the sludge outlet is accessible
- Check that the pump and UV-C are installed in the correct direction
- Confirm valves are in the correct operating position
Empty the debris basket when required. Clean the filter foams in place and use the bottom drain to remove settled debris from the filter.
Safety Notes
Always isolate the pump and UV-C unit before maintenance. Never look directly at an operating UV-C lamp as UV-C light can harm eyes and skin. Follow the product instructions for installation, servicing and replacement parts.
