Why use a salt pen?

Salt levels need to be precise. Too little won’t be effective, too much can stress fish. The Koi Medic:

Two models are available, measuring either in percentage (%) or parts-per-thousand (ppt) .

How to use

1. Turn the unit on.
2. Dip the probe into pond water.
3. Hold steady — within a couple of seconds the LCD displays the salt concentration .
