Product Description
Phillips 8 W UVC Lamp
The Phillips 8 W UVC Lamp is a replacement UV-C lamp for compatible pond UV-C units using an 8 W Phillips lamp. Use it when servicing your existing unit to maintain the correct lamp wattage.
Check your current lamp, fitting and UV-C unit model before ordering. The Philips and Osram lamp range lists an 8 W Phillips replacement lamp.
Installation And Maintenance
Always isolate the UV-C unit from the electrical supply before servicing. UV-C light can harm eyes and skin, so never look directly at an operating lamp.
Follow the manufacturer instructions when removing the old lamp and fitting the replacement. Inspect the quartz sleeve and O-rings for damage or wear while the unit is open. Reassemble the unit carefully and carry out a leak check before switching the system back on.
