What It Does
The Fleece 750 acts as a dedicated mechanical stage within a professional filtration setup. Instead of using a fixed drum screen, it uses a continuous fleece roll to trap fine debris.
By removing solids early, it:

How It Works – Step by Step
1. Pumped Water Enters the Filter
Water from your pond is pumped into the fleece chamber.
2. Fine Mechanical Filtration
The water passes through a specialised fleece membrane.
This material captures fine suspended solids, including fish waste and uneaten food particles.
Only pre-filtered water continues through the system.
3. Automatic Level Detection
As debris builds up on the fleece, water flow slows and the internal water level rises.
A built-in level sensor detects this rise and automatically activates the drive motor.
4. Clean Fleece Advances
The motor advances the fleece roll, pulling fresh, clean material into position.
The used section collects in a waste roll chamber, while water flow returns to normal.
This process repeats automatically as required, keeping filtration consistent without manual intervention.
5. Safety Overflow
If the fleece roll becomes exhausted or a fault occurs, water can safely bypass to prevent overflow – protecting your pond and equipment.

Pump → Fleece 750 → Biological Module(s) → Return to pond
