Modern koi filtration isn’t just about moving water – it’s about monitoring and control. The OASE Upgrade Controller ProfiClear Premium EGC allows compatible ProfiClear Premium systems to connect to the OASE Easy Garden Control (EGC) network for intelligent system management.
It’s designed as an add-on controller for upgrading existing ProfiClear Premium drum systems.
What It Does
The controller enables:
- App-based control via the OASE Easy Garden Control (EGC) system
- Intelligent monitoring of filter functions through a microcontroller system
- Upgrade capability for existing systems using a separately available kit
Once connected to an EGC network, settings can be adjusted and system status monitored remotely.
How It Works
ProfiClear Premium drum filters feature integrated microcontroller systems that monitor and control filter functions .
The Upgrade Controller connects this system to the OASE EGC network, allowing communication between:
- The drum filter module
- Other EGC-compatible devices
- The OASE app (via compatible EGC control units)
EGC devices connect in a linear ‘daisy-chain’ arrangement using EGC connection cables , enabling centralised management of multiple pieces of equipment.
Compatibility
The Upgrade Controller ProfiClear Premium EGC is designed for use with:
- OASE ProfiClear Premium DF‑L (pump-fed and gravity-fed)
- OASE ProfiClear Premium Compact‑L EGC models
- OASE ProfiClear Premium XL drum systems
It integrates into ProfiClear Premium modular systems that support EGC connectivity .
For remote or cloud control, compatible EGC control units such as InScenio EGC systems are required .
