Product Description
Yamitsu UV Locking Nut
The Yamitsu UV Locking Nut is a replacement part for compatible Yamitsu Algae Master UV-C units. It secures the UV-C components during servicing and reassembly, helping you replace a worn, damaged or missing nut with the correct spare.
Check your existing Yamitsu UV-C model and part before ordering. The Yamitsu Algae Master spares range lists a dedicated UV nut.
Installation And Maintenance
Always isolate the UV-C unit from the electrical supply before servicing. UV-C light can harm eyes and skin, so never look directly at an operating lamp.
Follow the manufacturer instructions when dismantling and reassembling the unit. Inspect the quartz sleeve, O-rings and end caps at the same time, then carry out a leak check before returning the UV-C unit to service.
This comes as only 1 so will need to order 2 for a full pair.
