Join two lengths of 1.5″ pressure pipe securely. The 1.5″ Socket Plain (Pressure PVC-U) is a straight solvent weld coupler designed for rigid, pump-fed pond systems.
It’s the simple fitting you reach for when extending a line or repairing a clean cut in pressure pipework.

Use pressure fittings on pump-fed lines. Waste pipe fittings are not designed to handle operating pressure.
Installation notes
- Clean pipe ends and the socket with PVC pipe cleaner
- Apply suitable solvent cement for pressure PVC-U
- Insert fully with a slight twist and hold briefly
- Allow proper curing time before switching the pump back on
Work in a well-ventilated area and follow adhesive safety instructions.
