If fine particles are reaching your RO system or pre-filter stage, upgrading your sediment cartridge improves protection immediately. The 10″ x 4.5″ 20 Micron Moulded Particle / Sediment Filter Cartridge is designed to remove suspended solids before water reaches sensitive downstream equipment.

With a 20 micron rating, it captures sand, rust, silt and other particulates that can reduce system performance.
