Installation notes

This is a pump-fed box filter, typically installed:

Pump → Box filter → Return to pond

Position it level, ensure solid pipe or hosetail connections, and allow easy access to lift the lid for cleaning.

Maintenance

• Rinse foam layers in pond water during routine cleaning
• Replace filter wool as needed
• Check biological media remains submerged and unobstructed

If adding a UV unit, follow all UV-C safety instructions — unplug before servicing and avoid exposure to eyes and skin.
